Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

A busy office in Al-Rayyan is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required.
