Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan! As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office supplies and equipment, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with their own visa. This is a great opportunity for women looking for a flexible job without the requirement of English proficiency or prior experience.
