As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Bayan. You will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality standards for food and service. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and high quality service
- Create employee schedules and monitor their performance to maintain efficient staffing levels
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and tracking expenses to ensure profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards for our customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Located in Bayan or willing to relocate at own expense
- Valid visa allowing employment in Kuwait (visa sponsorship available)
- Availability for part-time work on weekdays and weekends (flexible shifts)
- Ability to lead a team with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1000 USD per month
