Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (English Speaking) in Bayan

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service, and menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues that arise
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
