We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Own visa holder preferred
