Entry-level Sous Chef


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Entry-level Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Abu Dhabi. This position is open to Pakistani and Egyptian nationals who are looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase their skills and grow in their culinary career.

As the Entry-level Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and managing kitchen staff. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those without prior experience to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and food preparation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in various tasks such as cooking techniques, portion control, and sanitation practices
- Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
