Our company is a leading retail organization in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profits through effective management of the sales team and store operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Train, coach, and motivate sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Work closely with marketing department to plan and execute promotional activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the retail industry
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of retail management software is preferred
