As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company objectives. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them reach their targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques and procedures, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. This position does not require prior experience but English proficiency is necessary. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
