English Language Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Bayan. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students of all ages and levels. You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons based on the curriculum provided
- Create a positive learning environment for students
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and materials
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with non-native speakers
- Experience working with students of different ages and levels
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and willingness to continuously learn and improve

Salary: $1000 per month.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with weekends off. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position is ideal for local candidates or those already residing in Bayan.
