Trainee Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Trainee Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to learn and develop the skills necessary to successfully run a restaurant. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Learn and understand all aspects of restaurant management including budgeting, inventory control, scheduling, and customer service
- Observe and implement company policies and procedures
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Ensure high quality of food, drinks, and service provided to customers
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, striving for complete satisfaction
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- No previous experience as a restaurant manager is required, but some experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi would be an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
