Plumber Technician



We are urgently seeking an experienced Plumber Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances such as toilets, sinks, water heaters, and washing machines
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Read blueprints and follow building codes for new construction or renovation projects
- Collaborate with other contractors and tradespeople to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed including materials used, labor hours, and costs
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely manner
- Educate clients on proper maintenance of their plumbing systems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Plumber Technician in a commercial or residential setting
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations pertaining to plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physically fit with the ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
