Mason Supervisor



We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and provide guidance and support as needed
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to the team based on project timelines
- Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Order materials and supplies needed for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Experience working on construction sites with a variety of projects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
