Merchandiser Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the merchandising and marketing efforts of our company. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor product placement, pricing, and promotions in retail stores to ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and placement
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Travel to different retail locations regularly to assess merchandising effectiveness and provide on-site support when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience managing a team of merchandisers is preferred
- Biometric passport is required for international travel as needed
