Contract Attorney for Legal Firm in Medina, Saudi Arabia



A prestigious legal firm in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Attorney to join their team. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for handling legal matters related to various contracts and agreements. Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on contract matters
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Representing clients in contract negotiations and disputes
- Maintaining accurate records of all contract-related activities
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with a focus on contract law
- Proven track record of successfully handling contract negotiations and disputes
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates.
