Job Title: Sales Manager - Indian/Egyptian/English Speaking (Part-Time)



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi or Arabic are a plus

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
