Office Assistant – English Speaking (Pakistanis Preferred)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an English speaking company, we prefer candidates from Pakistan who are fluent in both written and spoken English. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700, including free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily schedule of the office and assist with organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support to all staff members
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
