We are currently hiring a Cashier for our busy retail store in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change and processing credit/debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform the manager when items need to be restocked
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
