IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Manage and monitor the performance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems through regular backups, disaster recovery plans, and risk assessments
- Identify areas for improvement in IT processes and implement necessary changes
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet them
- Monitor budgetary constraints related to IT expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, security protocols, etc.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals with excellent leadership skills
- Ability to identify problems quickly and provide effective solutions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT strategies that align with business goals
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to IT expenses

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Riyadh

Preference will be given to Indian or African candidates who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
