Experienced Barista (Seasonal, English Speaking)
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a seasonal position, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about coffee, have excellent communication skills in English, and can handle a demanding workload.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee beverages according to our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant setting
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
