English Teacher


We are hiring a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Sultanah, Oman. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lesson plans, teaching grammar and vocabulary, and assessing student progress. You will also be expected to provide support and guidance to students, as well as communicate with parents and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Teaching experience in an English-speaking environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong knowledge of grammar and vocabulary
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability
- Preference for Indian nationals or those with experience teaching Indian students

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to different learning styles
- Teach students grammar rules, vocabulary words, reading comprehension, and writing skills
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments
- Provide individualized support to struggling students
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress or concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies
- Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate them into lessons
- Establish a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
among students
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all students regardless of their background or
nationality
- Participate in school events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports

Salary: $1600 per month

City: Sultanah
