Sales Manager



We are hiring a sales manager to join our team in Muharraq. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
