As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Operate various equipment including espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Ensure quality control by following proper drink recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
