Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator for our manufacturing plant in Isa Town. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products. Your main duties will include monitoring machines, adjusting settings, loading materials, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce quality products
- Monitor machines during operation and make any necessary adjustments
- Load raw materials onto machines
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary

We offer competitive salary of $1400/month for this position. Visa sponsorship is available for non-national candidates. Accommodation is not provided, so we are looking for candidates who can arrange their own housing in Isa Town.
