Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the management team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining records and databases. Your role will also include handling correspondence, responding to inquiries, and preparing reports and presentations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bayan, Kuwait
Contract Type: Full-time contract with accommodation provided.
Preferred Nationalities: Pakistani or Malayalees (other nationalities are welcome to apply).
