Babysitter for Malayalee Family in Sharjah


We are seeking a responsible and caring Babysitter to join our Malayalee family in Sharjah. This is a contract position, with a salary of 1500$. Our ideal candidate must have experience in childcare and be able to speak Malayalam. As our family is from Kerala, we prefer someone who is familiar with Malayalee culture and traditions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care for our children (ages 1 and 4)
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Plan and engage in educational activities with the children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children's play area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding any updates or concerns

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee, preferably from Kerala
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Babysitter or Nanny
- Fluent in Malayalam, basic understanding of English is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or be on a spouse's visa
- Able to provide references from previous employers
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
