Part-Time Loader Supervisor


We are in need of a hardworking and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of loaders to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and placement of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded goods.
- Communicate with warehouse managers to coordinate loading schedules.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Loader or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours on your feet.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Must have accommodation in Al Buraymi and be eligible for visa sponsorship.
