Temporary Truck Driver
Location: Nizwa, Oman


We are currently hiring for a temporary truck driver in Nizwa, Oman. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience in the truck driving industry. As a temporary truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from one location to another within a designated area. This is a physically demanding job that requires long hours of driving and loading/unloading of cargo.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Ability to navigate and follow specific routes using GPS, maps, or other tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with truck maintenance and basic repairs is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the assigned vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Plan routes based on delivery schedules and traffic conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
- Report any accidents, violations, or mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1200 per month.
