Livestock Specialist

We are currently seeking a Livestock Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with extensive knowledge and experience in livestock management and care. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the care and well-being of all livestock on the farm, including cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry
- Create and implement feeding schedules and nutrition plans for all animals
- Monitor animal health and provide necessary treatments or medications when needed
- Maintain clean and organized living quarters for all livestock
- Train and supervise other farm workers in proper handling and care of animals
- Keep accurate records of animal inventory, health status, and breeding cycles
- Oversee breeding programs to ensure efficient production of offspring
- Participate in market research to stay informed about current industry trends and prices

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding livestock management
- Proven experience in managing large numbers of livestock, preferably on a farm or ranch setting
- In-depth understanding of animal nutrition, health, breeding, and behavior
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate other workers effectively
- Excellent record keeping skills with attention to detail
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Abu Dhabi
