The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. The primary responsibilities of this role include planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of construction projects, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions are essential for this role. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. A professional certification is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
