Construction Manager (Part-Time)

A reputable construction company in Dar Kulaib is seeking a part-time Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Create project plans, timelines and budgets
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
