Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a contract position ideal for an Egyptian national with experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project
- Develop detailed construction schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Address any issues or delays in the construction process
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
