levels Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Muharraq. This position is ideal for someone without experience who is looking to gain valuable skills and experience in an administrative role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. As this is a part-time position, the schedule will be flexible and can accommodate other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Organize and file documents in both digital and physical formats
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is an asset but not required.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Salary: $1600 per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
Location: Muharraq
