Our company is currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair any damages or malfunctions in buildings, equipment, or appliances
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of properties
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action
- Communicate effectively with residents and property managers regarding any repairs or maintenance needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have your own tools and transportation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ajman, UAE.

Visa Sponsorship:
Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Education:
No formal education is required for this position. However, hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work is preferred.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who are fluent in English.

Full-Time Job:
This is a full-time job with 40 working hours per week. Working days are Sunday through Thursday.

Students:
We welcome students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in maintenance work while pursuing their studies. However, please note that this is not an internship position.
