We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national with prior experience in a similar role and a biometric passport. Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that align with our restaurant's concept
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Proven track record of developing successful menus and managing kitchen operations effectively
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, ingredients, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Experience managing a diverse team of kitchen staff
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and maintain a positive work environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month
