Administrative Assistant in Al-Malikiyah
We are in search of a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain records and databases accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle office supply orders and inventory management
- Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Candidates must have their own visa for employment in Al-Malikiyah.
