Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: 1000$ per month without accommodation.
