We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and maintain product visibility. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for various products based on market trends and customer demand
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and displays
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Keep track of competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
