Merchandiser

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper display, promotion, and availability of our products in various retail stores. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime shelf space for our products and create attractive displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make strategic recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Create eye-catching displays using visual merchandising techniques to attract customers' attention
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to enhance sales performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and market trends
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. The working hours are typically Monday through Friday, but some weekends may be required. This position does not include accommodation.
