Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are a well-established restaurant in Dubai specializing in Indian cuisine. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing Indian restaurants, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, staffing, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving any issues promptly
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff members
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for the team
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing profitability
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Dubai
