Executive Chef

We are in search of an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Isa Town. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your main goal will be to ensure the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining traditional favorites
- Oversee food preparation and cooking to ensure high standards are met
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, manage, and schedule kitchen staff members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments and communicate with customers
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, maintain composure, and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a reputable institution
Location: Isa Town is preferred but not required. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Salary: Starting salary of $1100 per month based on experience.
