Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Malayalee Preferred)
We are a growing company based in Hawalli and we are seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This full-time position is open to Malayalees and does not require English proficiency.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in office administration is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Proven experience in office administration (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 1100$ per month
