We are in need of an experienced Baker to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats. They will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. The Baker must have knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, and baking techniques. They should also have experience in decorating cakes and pastries. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, and baking techniques
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries
- Strong time management skills to meet production schedules
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have excellent attention to detail
