Entry-Level Baker (Contract)
Location: Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone without previous experience in the baking industry to gain valuable skills and knowledge. As this is a contract position, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to choose their working hours and schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or ingredients as needed
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of baked goods
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Follow food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience in baking required, but a passion for baking is preferred
- Must possess a biometric passport or be able to obtain one within a reasonable time frame
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
