Construction Project Manager
Construction project managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. They work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and executed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for the project
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications for feasibility and compliance
- Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure they are on track with the project plan
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and work is being completed according to specifications
- Manage changes in project scope or timeline as needed
- Track project expenses against budget and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for construction activities
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficient in using project management software
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Isa Town. Accommodation may be provided for out-of-town candidates.
