Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, roadways, and other features for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various tools and equipment.
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports.
- Prepare detailed drawings of survey results.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.
- Monitor project progress and provide progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid biometric passport for visa processing.

Salary: 1500$ per month.
