We are searching for a dynamic and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and possess strong leadership skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$. Accommodation can be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Create schedules for employees and oversee their timekeeping
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
- Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
