A reputable restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and support staff
- Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus that appeal to our target audience
- Oversee the ordering of food and supplies from vendors
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales figures, costs, and profits
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budgets effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the city.

Note:
