Staff Nurse



As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services to patients in our facility in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, administering medication and treatments, and monitoring patient progress. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, as well as educate patients and their families on their health conditions.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is fluent in English and has a passion for caring for others. While prior nursing experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in this field. This full-time position is suitable for men of Malayalee nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medication and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on their health conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the country of origin or Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude towards patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located at our facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
