Surveyor (Contract)



A reputable construction company based in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data to support construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and boundaries
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Record and analyze data to create maps, reports, and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey data
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (accommodation provided)

Nationality preference: Pakistani

Contract length: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
