Office Assistant for International Company in Ar Rumaythiyah
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our international company in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office. This position is perfect for an Egyptian national looking for a part-time job with accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Schedule appointments and update calendars as needed
- Make travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant or in a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Egyptian nationality preferred, but not required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
